At Cristallini, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your luxury garment is not a perfect fit, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original condition, and with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cristallini account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item securely in its original branded packaging, including all dust bags and protective materials, and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary collection through our customer service portal.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier confirms the garment meets our return standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
